Gift voucher terms and conditions of sale

1. Who sells the voucher

2. What you are buying

The gift voucher can be:

• for an amount, from €50 in multiples of €50, up to €1,000. It is deducted from the price of treatments carried out at the centre (laser hair removal and electrolysis);
• for a specific session chosen from the price list (a laser area or a length of electrolysis session), at the price shown on the day of the order.

The voucher shows: its number, the amount or session, the first name of the person receiving it, the name of the person giving it, an optional short message, and its expiry date.

The voucher is issued in the name given by the buyer when ordering. It can be given to someone else with the buyer’s agreement: just let me know.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. No extra charges are made (no administration or delivery fees).

4. Ordering

1. You fill in the form on the “Gift vouchers” page and accept these terms by ticking the box provided.
2. By clicking “Order and pay”, you place an order with an obligation to pay.
3. The payment details appear on screen straight away, and you receive a confirmation email with the summary, these terms and the payment details.

You can also order via WhatsApp or by phone: the same terms apply. Payment can then be made remotely by bank transfer, and the voucher is sent to you by email as a PDF or handed over at the centre.

5. Payment

Payment is by bank transfer, by scanning the QR code with your banking app or by copying the details shown (IBAN, amount, structured reference). Please use the structured reference given: it identifies your payment.

If payment is not received within 14 days of the order, the order is cancelled automatically, at no cost.

6. Sending the voucher

As soon as your payment reaches my account, I send you the voucher:

• by email, as a PDF, within 2 working days after receipt of payment;
• or for collection at the centre, during opening hours, from the 2nd working day after receipt of payment.

A transfer between banks usually takes 1 working day. If you need the voucher by a specific date (birthday, holidays), please order a few days in advance.

7. Validity and use

• The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the voucher.
• To use it, the person books an appointment (online or by phone) and shows the voucher (printed or on their phone) on the day of the appointment.
• Like all my clients, they start with an information session (first consultation). For laser it is free of charge; for electrolysis it costs €20 (including 5 minutes of treatment), which can be deducted from the voucher.
• Voucher for an amount: it can be used in one or several visits during its validity. Any remaining balance stays valid until the expiry date. If the treatment costs more than the voucher, the difference is paid at the centre.
• Voucher for a session: it entitles the holder to the session stated, even if my prices go up in the meantime.
• An expired voucher can no longer be used. However, as a goodwill gesture, it can be extended once on request before its expiry date.

8. If no technique is suitable

During the information session, I check that the person’s skin and hair are suitable for treatment.

• If laser is not suitable, the voucher can be used for electrolysis or for another area.
• If neither of my two techniques is suitable, I refund the voucher to the person who bought it, by bank transfer within 14 days, to the account used for payment.

9. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You may cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of the order, as long as the voucher has not been used.

To do so, send me a clear statement (by email to info@epilyou.com or by post), for example using the form below. I will refund the full amount paid, at the latest within 14 days of your request, by bank transfer to the account used for payment. The voucher is then cancelled.

If you ask to use the voucher during the withdrawal period and the treatment is fully carried out, you lose the right of withdrawal for that treatment.

10. Refunds in other cases

Apart from the right of withdrawal (article 9) and the case where no technique is suitable (article 8), the voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

11. Lost voucher

Each voucher has a unique number. If it is lost, contact me: I will send you a copy, and the old voucher is cancelled.

12. Personal data

Your order details are used only to process it, check the payment and send the voucher. Details in the privacy policy.

13. Complaints and disputes

For any question or complaint, please contact me: I reply quickly and always look for an amicable solution.

If we cannot reach an agreement, you can contact the Consumer Mediation Service (North Gate II, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8, 1000 Brussels, www.mediationconsumer.be).

These terms are governed by Belgian law. The competent courts are those designated by law. The Dutch and English versions are translations: in the event of any difference, the French version prevails.
